The Testo 0628 1292 Waterproof Type K thermocouple immersion probe measures temperature from -50 to +230 degrees C (-58 to +450 degrees F). It is used for measuring the temperature of cooking oil and other food preparation applications. The probe measures 240mm (9.5") and has a 4mm (0.16") diameter tip. It has a response time of 15 seconds for accurate readings. Its 1m cable with metal protection hose resists temperatures up to 450 degrees F. It meets EN 13190 standard for Class 1 accuracy.
